At The-PinkCottage, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item. We accept returns for any reason, whether it's a change of mind or if the product arrived damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Once you have received your return authorization number, carefully package the item in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation that came with it. Please make sure to securely seal the package to prevent any damage during transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or if they are personalized or custom-made. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Sale items and items purchased with a coupon code are  final sale. For sale items that are considered to be a final sale, Additionally, there maybe online sale events where we specifically indicate the sales during the event are a final sale or only store credits or exchanges not full refunds will apply.
For a qualifying purchase with a GWP(s) included with your initial order, the GWP(s) must be returned if a full refund is requested. If the GWP(s) is/are not sent back your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the GWP(s).
